Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version: 30-day money-back guarantee on the one-time setup fee ($29 Premium / $39 Premium Family). Monthly recurring charges (starting Month 7) are not refundable for the month already charged, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee on the setup fee

If you are not satisfied with NuLevels Premium or Premium Family within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact support@nulevels.health for a full refund of the $29 or $39 setup charge. No questions asked.

2. Monthly recurring charges

Monthly recurring charges begin in Month 7 ($4.99 per month for Premium or $7.99 per month for Premium Family). The month already charged is not refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access through that date.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your NuLevels subscription at any time:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. At the end of that period, your account reverts to the free tier.

4. Tier upgrades

If you upgrade from Premium to Premium Family, Stripe automatically prorates the difference and charges it immediately. There is no separate setup fee for the upgrade.

5. Billing Errors and Technical Issues

If you experience a billing error or a technical issue that prevented you from accessing paid features, contact support@nulevels.health within 7 days. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund, a credit, or an extension to your subscription.

6. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again over several days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription will be suspended and your account will revert to the free tier. You will not be charged for the renewal period in this case.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a dispute about a charge, please contact support@nulevels.health first. We work in good faith to resolve billing issues. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in account suspension.

8. Account Deletion

Cancelling your subscription is different from deleting your account. To delete your account and personal data, email privacy@nulevels.health. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
