Welcome to NuLevels Health. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nulevels.health and our related services (the "Service"), operated by NuLevels Health, Inc. ("NuLevels," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Medical Disclaimer: NuLevels provides information and tools, not medical diagnoses or prescriptions. The Service is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your physician before making changes to your supplement regimen, especially if you have a diagnosed medical condition or take prescription medications. 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using NuLevels, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

One account per person. You may not share your account with others.

3. Plans and Billing

3.1 Free Tier

NuLevels offers a free tier with core supplement management features. No payment is required to use the free tier.

3.2 Paid Plans

NuLevels offers two paid tiers. Each is a one-time charge that grants one year of access. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring or monthly charges:

You are charged once, at the time of purchase. We will not automatically charge you again. After your year of access ends, you may choose to purchase another year; nothing renews on its own. Refund terms are described in section 4 below and in our Refund Policy.

We may change our prices. Any change applies only to new purchases made after the change. It does not affect a year of access you have already paid for.

You retain ownership of the information you upload (supplement photos, health profile data, etc.) ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant NuLevels a limited, non-exclusive license to use Your Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have the right to upload it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to extract information from supplement labels and generate the NuLevels Report. AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should:

NuLevels is an informational and organizational tool, not a medical service.

The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content available through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, reports, AI-generated analyses, and information from clinicians who may participate on the platform, is for informational purposes only.

Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or saw on NuLevels.

Supplement statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

9. Third-Party Practitioners

NuLevels may offer the ability to connect with independent clinicians or practitioners. These practitioners are not employees or agents of NuLevels. NuLevels does not provide medical care and is not responsible for the services, advice, diagnoses, or treatments provided by any practitioner. Any patient-provider relationship is between you and the practitioner.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by NuLevels Health, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NULEVELS HEALTH, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID NULEVELS IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NuLevels Health, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. You may close your account anytime by emailing support@nulevels.health.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Wilmington, Delaware. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

This arbitration provision does not preclude either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the Service or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
