How is this different from Function Health?
Function Health is a subscription: $365/year for a comprehensive annual panel. NuLevels Testing Hub is single-purchase, fills the functional medicine gap your PCP doesn't cover, and routes results directly into your supplement stack via the AI Coach. Different model, complementary value if you already pay for Function.
Where do I get blood drawn?
Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp, whichever is closer to you. Ulta's checkout routes you to the nearest location automatically. No doctor referral required in any of the 50 states except New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island, where direct-to-consumer rules differ.
What if my doctor already ran some of these?
That's by design. NuLevels skips the markers your annual physical typically covers (CBC, CMP, lipid, TSH, A1c, vitamin D), and focuses on the ~130 functional markers PCPs don't order. So you're not paying twice for the same answer.
How fast are results?
Three to five business days for standard panels. DNA-based tests (MTHFR genotype) can take seven to ten. Ulta emails you when results are ready; you upload the PDF to NuLevels and the AI Coach analyzes it within minutes.
Can I share results with my doctor?
Yes. The same share-with-doctor flow that ships with your NuLevels stack works for lab results too. Export a clean PDF, generate a private share link, send it.
Why a promo code instead of just lower prices?
