What the evidence shows.

In the MADDY randomized trial (Johnstone and colleagues, a multi-site placebo-controlled study published in 2022), children with ADHD given a broad-spectrum vitamin and mineral formula were rated ‘much’ or ‘very much’ improved about three times as often as those given placebo (roughly 54 percent versus 18 percent).

That study was in children, so read it as a signal, not a promise for adults. What it points to, methylation, mineral status, and omega-3 balance, are the same things worth checking in the stack you already take. The useful question is usually the form and the dose, not whether to add one more bottle.
