Cognitive prevention starts with the stack you already take.
The U.S. POINTER trial showed a structured lifestyle program can support cognition, even in adults carrying the Alzheimer's risk gene. Scan your current stack and see how it lines up.

The U.S. POINTER trial (published in JAMA in 2025, more than 2,000 older adults) found that a two-year structured lifestyle program, including diet, exercise, and cognitive activity, improved cognition compared with a self-guided group, across APOE-e4 genotypes.
Roughly one in three Americans has a family history of Alzheimer's. A growing line of research links cognition to metabolic health (some researchers describe the metabolic component informally as ‘type 3 diabetes’), which is why the same nutrients that support insulin sensitivity, such as B12, vitamin D, omega-3s, and magnesium, show up in cognitive-prevention discussions.
A note on safety. This is general information, not a diagnosis or a promise of prevention. Bring any changes to your doctor.
What NuLevels checks.
Are the metabolic basics covered?
If cognition tracks with metabolic health, the cognitive stack overlaps with the metabolic one. B12, vitamin D, omega-3s, and magnesium do much of the quiet work, and many multivitamins miss at least one. NuLevels totals each across your products.
Is your omega-3 actually EPA and DHA?
Low-dose or low-EPA fish oil is common. NuLevels reads the EPA and DHA amounts on each label you scan so you can see whether you are in the studied range.
Acting early, not after symptoms?
The U.S. POINTER trial supports structured, earlier action, especially with a family history. Most neurologists are not staffed to design a nutrition plan, so a clear stack view helps you start the conversation.
From bottles on the counter to a clear picture.
Scan your stack. NuLevels reads every label and flags the cognitive-prevention basics the research keeps returning to: B12, vitamin D, omega-3s, and magnesium.
It labels each form and reads the EPA and DHA amounts, so you can see whether your stack is in the studied range.
Every nutrient is totaled across all your products and shown in one view, easy to share with your doctor at the next visit.
Test for this.
The Functional Foundation panel covers homocysteine, fasting insulin, vitamin D, and B12, the cognitive-prevention markers a standard annual physical tends to skip.

Ask about your own record in plain language: “Is my omega-3 dose in range?” “Am I covered on B12 and vitamin D?” The coach answers from the stack you built and the labels you scanned, not generic advice. It is information, not a diagnosis.
